The “Anti Sexual Harassement Cell/ Women Cell” is constituted in accordance with the provisions described in the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, April 23, 2013 and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Rules , December 9, 2013.
