1.5.4Transfer policy and transfer ordersNIPER Ahmedabad is an autonomous institute hence there is no such transfer policy. However, internal transfers are made as per the required basis. At present there is no Transfer policy at NIPER Ahmedabad except for the post of Veterinary Officer.

1.12 Programmes to advance understanding of RTI(Section 26)
1.12.1Educational programmesEducational programmes are being organized in NIPER-Ahmedabad on as an when needed basis. NIPER-A organizers sessions on RTI awareness for the employees and students on regular basis. The CPIO of NIPER-A has engaged one session for the students during the induction program held last year on. 18th September, 2023.
1.12.2Efforts to encourage public authority to participate in these programmesThere is RTI cell in NIPER Ahmedabad. That NIPER-A issues circulars and emails to employees for participating in the RTI related sessions or webinars. The notification and the circular received from CIC are also shared with link displayed on the notice board.
